One · to · one Soul Alchemy

The dream you can’t yet name is waiting below.

A descent, and a return — for creatives, dreamers, and those ready to meet what they’ve been avoiding, armored over, or outgrowing.

If you’re here

You’ve done the surface work. The books, the workshops, maybe years of therapy. And still — you can feel it: a deeper floor you haven’t touched. Something you’re here to make, or become, that you can’t quite reach.

You’ve been performing over it. Capable. Creative. Spiritual. Fine. But you’re built to move in cycles, and you’ve been living in a straight line — pushing, producing, overriding your own rhythm until you forgot you had one.

You’re not looking for another course to consume. You need to be met.

The offering

The spiral is the offering.

Soul alchemy moves in spirals, not lines. You choose your depth — each turn takes you further down, and further home.

The alchemical arc

Witness

meet what’s here, and see it clearly

Dissolve

let the old form break down

Embody

live the change in the body

Integrate

weave it back whole

A spiral moves through this arc — and living in cycle is a practice, learned turn by turn. That is the alchemy.

There is no fixed price. When you begin, we feel for your number together — from my doorway up.

There is no set price — the exchange is felt, not fixed. When you begin, we move through it together: you feel toward the number that is alive for you, and I meet you with my doorway — the least I can hold this work for and stay fully present.

What moves beyond the doorway quietly opens a place for someone who needs this work but not yet the means — scholarships and partial places. If your number rests below the doorway, that is exactly what they are for, and we find the way in together. Payment plans, always welcome.

What every spiral holds

  • Three times each moon, two unhurried hours of session work, ceremony, and moonwork
  • To be met all the way down — the parts you’ve kept hidden, witnessed and held without flinching
  • Work shaped entirely around you — archetypal, somatic, and cyclical, moving in rhythm with your body, the moon, and the turning seasons
  • Rituals and practice to carry into your days, so the work keeps living between our sessions
  • Me in the spaces between — on WhatsApp when something surfaces, so you’re never alone with it
  • A relationship, not a program — held across the moons, online or in person where we’re near

Because this work is close, I open only one to three new spirals each moon — each beginning on the new moon or the full. When they’re spoken for, you’re welcomed into the next turn of the cycle.

The work

Where shadow and light are both holy.

Soul Alchemy is a descent, and a return. Together we go down — through what you’ve avoided, armored, or outgrown — not to fix you, but to gather what has been waiting for you in the dark.

For the dreamer, the descent is where the vision is forged. You come back up with the gold, and with eyes that can finally see what you’re here to make.

Descend  ·  Meet  ·  Return

You won’t be taken anywhere you’re not held. This work is trauma-informed, moves at your pace, and stays in complete confidence.

Who I am

Kayla Kayla Kayla Kayla

Kayla

I was raised inside a religion that handed me a whole cosmos and a whole set of instructions for how to vanish inside it. I left at seventeen — not with a plan, just with the certainty that I couldn’t keep living a borrowed life. That leaving was the first initiation. It wouldn’t be the last.

For six years I danced under the name Selene. People expect that chapter to be the cautionary tale. For me it was the awakening — the place I came back into my body, into my sensuality, into the divine feminine that the religion of my childhood had taught me to fear. Selene was never a costume. She was the name my aliveness arrived under. She still is.

Everything since has been the same current moving through different water. Yoga and somatic training taught me to listen to the body as the first oracle. The moon taught me that I am cyclical, not linear. Years of my own healing taught me that the wound and the gift live in the same hand. And the mystery school I’ve been devoted to for three years is slowly ordaining me into a priestess path rooted in feminine mystery, alchemy, archetype, and the cycles that are my medicine.

Now I sit with people one-to-one in shadow, lunar, and somatic-devotional work — walking them down into what they’ve been avoiding, and back up with what they came here to make. I don’t separate the mundane from the holy. Being fully alive — awake, attuned, embodied, devoted — is the whole practice.

I’m not here to be performed at, and I won’t perform at you. I’m here in devotion to a life lived alive.

  • RYT-200 (x2) — two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, 13,000+ hours of teaching and practice
  • Mind Body Centering Yoga — trauma- & somatic-informed training
  • Year 3 (ongoing) of mystery school — sacred feminine, alchemy, archetypal & lunar-cycle work; on the path of ordination as a priestess
  • Associate’s degree in Humanities & Psychology
  • Somatic, cycle-based facilitation — shadow work, lunar work, 1:1 spiritual and somatic practice
  • Founder of Sutchateas — ceremonial, small-batch tea for cyclical living
  • Mentors — Clarissa Pinkola Estés (studied across two immersions); Elayne Kalila Doughty and Ariel Spilsbury, my mystery-school teachers
  • Lived initiations — raised in and left a high-control religion; six years embodying Selene; shamanic journeying and drum creation; four years of holding moon ceremonies; and an ongoing journey of healing that underwrites all of it

Before you begin

You don’t need experience, the right words, or to have done this before. What this asks of you is willingness — to show up, to be honest, and to let yourself be taken down and brought back. If some part of you is already drawn here, that is usually the readiness.

Yes — and you’re never taken anywhere you aren’t held. Everything between us stays in complete confidence, and we move at the speed of your nervous system, never past it. My training is trauma- and somatically-informed for exactly this kind of descent.

No. This is depth, somatic, and devotional work — ceremony, not treatment, and not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you’re in acute crisis, please reach for the support you need; this work can walk beside that, never instead of it.

You choose your rung, from the Seed up, and the amount is usually spread across the moons of your spiral so it moves in rhythm rather than all at once. We shape the plan that works for you in our first call.

A spiral runs its full turn — three moons, nine, or thirteen, never less or more — so there’s no pausing partway through. Sessions can be rescheduled when life asks it of us. And whatever surfaces while we’re in the work — the upheaval, the timing, the thing you didn’t plan for — is part of the alchemy, not a detour from it. This work isn’t separate from your life; it’s the remembering that all of it is connected.

Online, we can work from anywhere. In person is possible where we’re near enough — we’ll feel out what’s true on our call. Once we begin, your spiral opens on the coming new or full moon, so the work starts in rhythm from its first breath.

Begin

Begin where you are.

Whether you already know, or you’re still feeling your way — the door is the same. Tell me a little, and we’ll begin.

Begin your spiral

Come as you are. That’s the only requirement.

Hi — welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

Before we dive in, arrive. Feel your seat beneath you, your feet on the earth. Three slow breaths — let each exhale fall a little longer than the inhale.

There’s nothing to get right here. What follows isn’t a form to fill — it’s a threshold to cross, slowly and on purpose. What is found and shared here is the magic that informs the foundation of your journey.

A few details to start.

Just the practical threads — where to reach you. We’ll arrange our actual times together once you’ve booked.

Your Container

You’ve chosen the -moon journey — a descent and a return of somatic, archetypal, and cyclical work, walked together, all the way down and back up. Not a course to take, but an alchemy to move through.

The Exchange

This work is relational, and so is the exchange. We won’t set a price here. Instead, a little later, we’ll find your number together — by feel, not by figuring.

This is one of the first initiations of somatic work — feeling, presence, and discernment. The application itself is the work already beginning: no matter where you land, something will be discovered, activated, and received in the process. That is the power and the shift of somatic work.

The Practical

Once you’ve booked, you’ll get an email receipt right away, and I’ll reach out to you personally within 24 to 48 hours.

We begin with a first seed session, where we lay out the full arc of our moons together and schedule every session from there — woven around your rhythm, your cycle, and the turning seasons.

After you book, we’ll settle on the more specific details. For now, we’re feeling into the bones and the foundations.

So, let’s begin.

The rest of this takes about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on you. Find some time to really drop in, give yourself to the process, and enjoy the discovery. Let the answers come as they are — not polished, only true to what’s here.

What is calling you into this container, now? Not the tidy answer — the true one.

What season of life are you in? Describe it — it might be an actual season, or simply how this chapter of your life feels. And what are you aware of that wants to be moved, healed, or worked with?

Take a slow breath, and drop your attention into your body. Where are you feeling what you just named — and what’s alive in your body, right now?

What does real support look like for you? Think back on inner work you’ve done before — what felt rewarding, what felt hard or made you shut down, and why you think some of it didn’t take. Where do you sense your sticky point, the place you might struggle here?

Is there anything you need me to know so I can hold you well? History, health, thresholds — the sacred and the practical alike.

Here, the work begins.

What follows is the first practice of our work together, and it is somatic. We are going to find the number you will invest each moon — not by thinking it through, but by feeling how each amount lands in your body.

This next part is real work in itself. You’ll come away with a clearer sense of your own yes — and a felt taste of how this work moves.

Take one slow breath, and we’ll begin. Move slowly. There is real information in what you feel.

First, picture who you’re becoming.

Take a moment to imagine your life on the other side of this work. Not the details — just the feeling of it. Steadier. Freer. More like yourself. Picture that version of you until you can almost feel them here.

Keep that feeling close. You are going to meet the numbers from there — from who you’re becoming.

Each of these is a monthly exchange. I’ll show them one at a time.

Say the number out loud.

Notice what your body does — a tightening, an excitement, or nothing at all.

Breathe down into your feet, and let it settle.

If you need to, shake it off, come back to your breath, and say it again.

Don’t judge it. Just take in the information.

a moon

Find your set point.

Mark two edges. Below the first, the numbers felt too small to mean much. At the second, your body started to tighten or pull back. What is left in the middle is your set point — where the exchange feels real, but not frightening.

Below here, too small

Here, it tightens

Now, feel for the alive number in your body.

This is a practice of listening — to your body’s yes, its no, and its quiet desire. Slide, or type your own; it can be any amount. Say each one aloud, and let your body answer. The one that lands as a clear yes — a little exciting, a little nervous, but not scary — is yours.

a moon

Before you seal it, take one more moment with it.

This is the heart of the somatic work — beginning to know your body’s yes from your body’s no.

A body-yes feels open, warm, a little alive — even when it’s a stretch. A body-no tightens, shrinks, or goes numb.

Say the number once more, out loud, and feel which one it is.

Your number

a moon

This is your number, and I trust it completely. It isn’t a price I set for you to accept — it’s one you found in your own body. It weaves your worth and mine into a single figure: what this work is worth to you, met by what it asks of me to hold you well. A shared yes, and a clear, strong beginning.

Offered this fully, it also reaches past the two of us — helping keep this work within reach for someone who can’t yet meet their own. That, too, is part of the alchemy you are brewing.

This is also my doorway — the exchange I hold this work at. We meet in the same place. It will be your exchange for each moon of the container.

Let me be honest about my side. The least I can hold this work at, and stay fully present, is a moon — my doorway. Not a measure of your worth; a measure of my presence, which is real and finite.

Your number sits just below it. Feel the small distance — and, only if it stays a true yes in your body, see whether you can meet me at . No pressure, and no pushing past a real no.

Your number sits below it right now — and that is exactly what scholarships, partial places, and payment plans are for. Let’s find the way in together, so you can begin without straining.

What you’re booking.
